did not receive my order

I was very happy to order from this business as I seen their website and thought that it was very cute I ordered a bag and a drink bottle for my son a bit over a month ago. It come up to the three.week Mark and I realise that I haven’t got any email about the bag or drink bottle no tracking number no nothing so I emailed the company and they told me that my order must’ve got lost in transit which is very understandable and I understand that stuff happens sometimes they told me that they were going to send the bag out ASAP and I emailed her back about a week ago to ask her how long it was going to be to come I never heard anything back I still haven’t received the bag or the drink bottle yet and the tracking number isn’t working for me and spent over $100 i’m very unhappy with the service that was given to me and the fact that. I never received my items. I ordered them a month in advance so my son could start his first day of school with his bag and drink bottle I think that we have poor customer service and no care for their customer i would like my items or a refund

Great but could be better

I recently purchased a personalised Winnie the Pooh backpack for day care. I’m happy with my purchase as the font and overall design is spot on and the personalisation is a great touch.
However the only downside I can say is the lack of back padding support. Considering the price I was expecting a little more comfort for the little ones. A bit of back padding would make a huge difference in terms of comfort and practicality.
Overall great product but would love to see these changes to make it more comfortable for young children.
